AI chat widget for HVAC companies

Your HVAC site should work while you sleep. Most don't.

HVAC companies miss 25–35% of after-hours calls. We build a branded AI assistant that answers every one — on your website, in your voice, 24 hours a day. Setup takes 5 days.

The math is pretty simple.

Missing 2–3 after-hours calls a month costs the average HVAC company $18,000–$48,000 a year. Here's why those numbers move fast:

85%

of callers who hit voicemail never call back

78%

of customers hire the first company that responds

4.2 hrs

average callback delay — by then, 67% have already booked someone else

$300–$500 average repair ticket × 2–3 missed calls/month × 12 months = $7,200–$18,000 minimum. That's repairs only. One missed install conversation is $3,000–$8,000 gone.

You're not losing those customers to a better company. You're losing them to whoever picked up first.

How it works

Three steps. No technical work on your end.

01

30-minute call

I learn your service area, the jobs you take, your hours, and how you handle after-hours emergencies. That's all I need to get started.

02

Built and ready in 5 days

I configure the widget on your services, common questions, and emergency protocol. It answers in your company's voice — your name, your brand, your number. You review it before anything goes live.

03

Lives on your site. Works around the clock.

One snippet of code on your website. After that, it handles incoming questions 24 hours a day — qualifies the job, captures contact details, and covers the 10 p.m. inquiry that would have sat until morning.

See it for yourself.

This is what your customers would interact with. It's configured for Columbus Comfort Co. — a fictional stand-in so you can see exactly what the real thing looks like. Ask it a real question. Try to stump it.

Try asking: “My AC stopped blowing cold air” or “What does a tune-up cost?”

Your version would carry your company name, your services, your emergency number, and your brand colors.

Who's behind this

MG

I'm Mike Gabor. I spent 15 years building AI and analytics systems for major U.S. financial institutions, including JPMorgan Chase. Now I build them for HVAC companies.

My career was designing AI workflows, automation programs, and risk models inside organizations where the systems had to work — no excuses, no shortcuts. The pattern I kept seeing: the technology always worked. What broke things was poor process design and no one owning the outcome.

That's the standard I hold every widget to. When it's on your site, it's representing your business after hours. It has to answer correctly, escalate emergencies, and sound like you wrote it. I build it, configure it, and stand behind it.
